New Movies coming February and March 2017

So February is coming up pretty quickly and has some good movies for adults and kids to check out.

February 10th

The Lego Batman Movie

Staring Will Arnett, Zach Galifianakis, Michael Cera, Rosario Dawson, Ralph Fiennes

Will Arnett comes back and brings his voice to the main character Lego Batman which he did in the awesome movie The Lego Movie. In this Film Batman needs to save Gotham from the Joker. As you see in the movie previews that Robin will be in the movie. The gag or funny is the question is he your son? So that will pay a comedic role throughout the entire movie i’m sure. I’m excited for the building of Legos and the technology and effects of this movie. Plus the comedy from Will Arnett and the rest of the cast.

Fifty Shades Darker

Staring Jamie Dornan, Dakota Johnson, Bella Heathcote, Eric Johnson, Robinne Lee, Fay Masterson, Tyler Hoechlin, Hugh Dancy, Kim Basinger, Luke Grimes, Eloise Mumford, Max Martini, Rita Ora, Marcia Gay Harden

Which also releases February 10th. If you are a fan of the books and have seen the previews I think that we will not be disappointed at all. I’m excited for the hate relationship between Anastasia Grey and Elena Lincoln. So basically Christian Grey (Dorman) comes back to get Anastasia Steele’s heart back (Dakota Johnson) to build a relationship between the two of them. Things get shaky between Ana’s new boss Jack Hyde (Eric Johnson), Christian’s Ex Domme Elena (Basinger), and Christian’s Ex Sub Leila (Heathcote). This movie will be a drama/thriller. So fans get ready to see some of your favorite book scenes and some surprising scenes i’m sure we’re in for from director James Foley.

March 2017

March 10th

Kong: Skull Island

Staring Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman, Brie Larson, Jing Tian, Toby Kebbell, John Ortiz, Corey Hawkins, Jason Mitchell, Shea Whigham, Thomas Mann, Terry Notary, John C. Reilly

For fans of Monsters and Kaiju Kong: Skull Island will bring back the great and 9th wonder of the world King Kong. This movie will be very different and Kong will be much bigger than previous versions. Here we see a group of scientists venturing out to Skull Island. In which they have no idea what is in store for them. I’m really excited about John Goodman’s Character because he did such an excellent job in the movie 10 Cloverfield Lane. We also see that John Goodman’s Character knows about Skull Island and how big Kong is. We’ll see how great Kong will be when it comes out to theaters.

(Plot written from ComingSoon.net) This compelling, original adventure tells the story of a diverse team of scientists, soldiers and adventurers uniting to explore a mythical, uncharted island in the Pacific, as dangerous as it is beautiful. Cut off from everything they know, the team ventures into the domain of the mighty Kong, igniting the ultimate battle between man and nature. As their mission of discovery becomes one of survival, they must fight to escape a primal Eden in which humanity does not belong.

March 17th

Beauty and The Beast (Live Action Disney Film).

Staring Kevin Kline, Emma Watson, Sir Ian McKellen, Josh Gad, Luke Evans, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Dan Stevens, Audra McDonald, Stanley Tucci, Ewan McGregor

After seeing the first full preview of this movie I’m completely blown away. We all know the animated story of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. They have taken many steps further and have given us a full live action feature film of it. Emma Watson Stars as Belle who sounds incredible singing. Yes Disney fans there is CHIP. The small chipped cup boy we all loved in the animated feature. We will see all the beloved characters from the animated feature that Disney created. You do not want to miss this movie in theaters. Take the whole family.

So these are the movies i’m excited for this coming February and March of 2017.
